Rocket Money's financial agent Rowan is built as an agent-workflow hybrid rather than one large agent: a Haiku classifier routes each request to a single-responsibility subagent, with the heavier models reserved for tasks that need deeper reasoning, all running on Claude through Amazon Bedrock. The team codifies routine work as deterministic code and lets an agent repair that code when a website changes. Structured outputs make evals deterministic and let failures be traced to a specific classifier or call.
