Pictet's AI rollout is deliberately internal-facing — aimed at back-office automation rather than client-facing products — which is how it cleared a Swiss private bank's risk, information security, and data protection review. Access is staged per persona and per use case, starting with the 1,500-person technology division, and business data processing is pinned to the EU and Switzerland behind a purpose-built API gateway. Enablement was treated as the hard part: partner Artefact delivered 25 hands-on workshops to more than 500 people.
