The IRC supports health facilities run by national ministries of health, so it cannot standardize how frontline data is collected — much of it starts in paper registers and is hand-copied into Excel. Rather than rebuild the data pipeline, the technology-for-programs team changed one variable: visualization. It deployed Claude Enterprise to frontline health staff and measurement specialists and had Claude generate a single-file HTML dashboard template that works with no connectivity and is edited in natural language by non-engineers. The Burkina Faso pilot is the reference deployment; nutrition and economic recovery teams have asked for the same approach.
